Daily Routine

All of us receive tips from parents, teachers, friends, and social media, but all advice doesn't satisfy all. So here I am to give you some answers for answering commonly asked questions.

What time should you start your day?

Wake up at the time that feels best for your body and when you feel the most energized.

You can wake up early in the morning or wake up at the time everyone wakes up. You can wake up after everyone else too, but be sure to get your 8 hours of sleep.

Make sure you wake up on time for your class, work, or anything else.

What should be your Morning Routine?

Have a simple morning routine. You can exercise, make your bed, look at your to-do list, or anything else.

Be sure not to consume anything negative or stressful in the morning, and instead look for inspirational things and things that make you happy.

Making your bed should be a part of your morning routine as keeping your space clean will improve your focus and thus your productivity.

Your morning routine should also include things you procrastinate to do and never end up doing as you'll feel accomplished the first thing in the morning.

Be sure to get ready for the day, as staying in your pajamas will decrease your focus and help you procrastinate and be lazy.

How to start your day?

Start by keeping your distractions aside. Write all the things bothering you in your diary and keep them aside.
Look at your vision board or some motivating quotes so that you feel motivated.

Now, as you're feeling motivated and are distraction-free, look at your to-do's and sort them by priority, so you do the most important and urgent tasks first.

You can start your day now by checking off tasks from your to-do lists.

What to do in breaks?

As we know, taking breaks between work is essential, as working for too long can make you tired, and you may not be productive after a specific amount of time.

If you follow the Pomodoro technique, then during the 5-minute breaks, you can stretch out, grab a snack, listen to a song, clean out the clutter created while working, drink some water, etc.

If you do not follow the Pomodoro technique and take longer breaks, you can read a book, grab a snack, listen to music, go for a walk, etc.

Tip - Set a timer during breaks as you don't want to end up taking them longer than your work session.

How to end your day?

Review what you did in your day to feel satisfied and accomplished and be motivated for the next day.

Add to-do's for the next day and look at your schedule for the next day.

Clear out the clutter you made throughout the day.

Here, you can end your day and start relaxing.

What should be your night routine?

You can relax now as you have worked hard for it. To relax, you can do some self-care, chat with friends and family, have some snacks, binge some shows, listen to songs, and feel happy and relaxed.

Remember, the whole point of being productive is making time for the things you love to do. Working all the time will lead to stress and anxiety.

What time to sleep?

You need 7-8 hours to sleep so, go to bed around 8 hours before the time you need to wake up.

That's the end of the blog. Remember, being productive doesn't mean being stressed. It takes time to adapt to a new routine, and you can't transform in a day. Give yourself time, and you'll surprise yourself.
