Understanding Your Screen Times

My recent blog was about how I challenged myself and banned my screen time for a day.

Applying it to daily life can be difficult, especially when everything has turned from offline to online. Here is something that'll help you understand your day.

As we all know, we have 24 hours in a day. To distribute our day, we have 8 hours to sleep, 8 hours for work or school, 4 hours for meals, commuting, getting ready, etc., and the last 4 hours are our golden hours.

The golden hours are just extra hours in your day. You can use them for hobbies, passion, developing relationships, and just exploring. But sadly, a tiny population follows this.

Most of us spend these hours in front of our screens just scrolling through Instagram, watching videos on Youtube and other social media platforms.

I am not asking you not to use your smartphone and laptop at all. Just find better ways to use them. Many of my interests need these devices too, but assigning limited time to use our devices is essential.

Choosing the right path here is essential. You can use Youtube for watching useless challenges and also to pursue your hobby. It's your choice, and I expect you to make the right decision.
