Exam Tips and Stress Management
Exam season is on its way, and it is the most stressful time for the students.
Here, I am sharing some tips to study during exams and manage your stress.
Analyze and Plan
Whenever you plan for your exams, don't overdo it. First, analyze your previous weeks and understand the amount of time you can study per day. Plan according to that and try to keep extra time if you can't complete the planned tasks in time.
Start studying as soon as possible. Don't wait for exams to come over. It's easier to study a little every day than everything in a day.
Take Practice Tests
Take practice tests before your exams so, you know that you're ready. You can also use active recall methods like using flashcards, summarizing notes, and making mind maps.
Take care of yourself
Some students tend to skip meals, eat unhealthily or get less sleep. These are not very good practices as you need to get the energy and have a good routine.
'You are the first priority, so take care of yourself.'
Have Relaxation Time
After a long day, you need to get time for yourself to relax. Watch TV, read a book or listen to music. Do something that you like to do and help you relax.
Also, some people take this the wrong way and spend their entire day relaxing. That'll not be right. You should relax after you've got your tasks done for the day and it's time to reward yourself.
